APOX- URP +  is based on styrene butadiene latex. It is a ready to use bonding agent in liquid consistency.  APOX – URP + used for is repair of floors columns chhajjas slabs.

Beams and water proofing of terraces, toilets bathrooms etc. as it bonds strongly to old and new concrete and plasters it prevents cracking pick up dust improves abrasion resistance and reduces shrinkage.

Bonding agent between old concrete and new concrete, concrete repairers, floor toppings bonding of screes and renders, waterproofing tanks and pools.

• Surface preparation – all substrates be cleaned & free of dust , plaster ,oil, paint, grease, corrosion,
• Deposites & any other loose particles.
• Cleaning should be done by wire brush or other mechanical instrument
• Solid Content : 48 %

• Economical waterproofing – Mix APOX URP PLUS With cement in ratio of 1: 1 .5 by volume and apply in 2 coats . protective sreed in a must.
• As repair mortar – Mix APOX URP PLUS at 10 -15% by weight of cement in 1 : 3 cement – fine sand mix for use as repair mortar along with 20 % water by volume of cement to the workable consistency.
• As screed concrete – Mix APOX URP PLUS 10 – 15 % by weight of cement to a screed concrete of proportion – 1 : 1 : 5 : 1.5 ( cement: sand: 6mm aggregates along with 20 % water by weight of cement. Mix the content to a uniform consistency.
• As bond coat in repair – Mix APOX URP PLUS with cement in 1 : 1 ratio by volume & apply on a pre – wetted substrate. Overlay repair mortar when the bond coat is tacky
